Completion date: August 28, 2026

Location: Clementon, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer required specialized biohazard, trauma scene, and bloodborne pathogen remediation following a traumatic incident inside the property. Biological fluids, blood spatter, and organic residues were present across multiple surfaces, including a wooden interior door, carpeted hallway flooring, and adjacent window tracks.

Solutions provided:

We executed a comprehensive biohazard remediation and sanitisation protocol in full compliance with OSHA safety standards. Our certified technicians wore personal protective equipment (PPE) and containment gear to perform thorough surface cleaning, extraction, and bio-wash procedures on hard surfaces and door panels. Saturated porous carpet sections and underlay were safely removed and disposed of as regulated biohazardous waste. We then applied hospital-grade, EPA-registered broad-spectrum disinfectants and enzymatic treatments to eliminate pathogens, complete structural deodorisation, and restore the home to a safe, biologically clean condition.
