The customer contacted us for emergency biohazard remediation, deep cleaning, and sanitisation services following a medical emergency and biological contamination event. Bodily fluids, blood stains, and biohazard waste had contaminated living room carpeting, towels, and clothing, while the primary bathroom sustained heavy biological spills, soiled paper waste, and contaminated tile flooring, posing severe pathogen exposure risks and hygiene hazards.

We provided a comprehensive residential biohazard decontamination, disposal, and deep sanitisation solution. Outfitted in full personal protective equipment (PPE), our certified technicians carefully collected, bagged, and removed all porous, non-salvageable textiles, soiled linens, and hazardous biological waste for safe transport and disposal following strict biohazard handling protocols. We performed intensive decontamination on the bathroom tile floor, vanity, and plumbing fixtures using EPA-registered hospital-grade antimicrobial disinfectants and broad-spectrum biocides. In the living area, we treated the contaminated carpet fibres and subfloor padding with targeted enzyme and antimicrobial washes. Finally, we deployed commercial HEPA air scrubbers alongside thermal fogging deodorisation equipment to eliminate airborne bio-contaminants, neutralise odours, and return the home to a safe, sanitary condition.
