The customer contacted us for emergency automotive biohazard decontamination and deep sanitisation services following a biological contamination incident inside their vehicle. Biological fluids, pathogens, and associated contaminants had compromised the vehicle's interior, leaving high-touch cabin controls, leather upholstery, and footwell carpeting unsanitary and unsafe for passengers.

We provided a comprehensive vehicle biohazard remediation, disinfection, and interior sanitisation solution. Wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE), our technicians performed HEPA vacuuming across the cabin carpets, rear seating, and floor seams to extract surface particulate matter. We then applied an EPA-registered, hospital-grade broad-spectrum antimicrobial disinfectant across all interior surfaces, meticulously treating the centre console, gear selector, cup holders, dashboard electronics, and leather seats. Finally, we wiped down and sanitised all hard touchpoints and deployed an odour-neutralising fogging treatment to eliminate airborne bacteria and restore a safe, hygienic environment.
