The customer contacted us for emergency biohazard cleanup, property clearance, and deep sanitisation services after severe organic waste and solid refuse accumulated across the home. The kitchen had suffered heavy food spoilage, soiled cooktops, and scattered rubbish on the floor, while the exterior screened porch was cluttered with bagged refuse, organic yard debris, and stagnant grime, generating severe hygiene hazards and foul odours.

We carried out a comprehensive biohazard decontamination, rubbish removal, and structural sanitisation protocol. Our technicians, equipped with full personal protective equipment (PPE), safely cleared, bagged, and disposed of all decomposing food items, contaminated packaging, and general rubbish from the interior kitchen and exterior porch areas. We then performed a thorough deep-clean and degreasing of the kitchen countertops, range cooktop, tiled backsplash, cabinetry, and flooring using EPA-registered hospital-grade antimicrobial disinfectants. Finally, we cleared the outdoor porch of debris and leaf litter, washed down the concrete slab, and deployed commercial HEPA air filtration and deodorisation equipment to eliminate lingering airborne pathogens and restore sanitary living conditions.
