The customer contacted us for emergency biohazard remediation, property decontamination, and deep sanitation services. Severe pet waste accumulation, an overflowing litter box, soiled sanitary fixtures, and extensive biological debris had contaminated the bathroom, kitchen, and living areas, creating severe biohazard risks, strong foul odours, and unsanitary living conditions.

We provided a full-scale biohazard decontamination, waste removal, and deep sanitation solution. Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), our technicians safely cleared, bagged, and disposed of biological waste, contaminated textiles, and hazardous debris in accordance with biohazard waste protocols. We performed deep structural disinfection across all hard surfaces, tile walls, and flooring using EPA-registered hospital-grade broad-spectrum biocides. We thoroughly decontaminated and sanitised bathroom fixtures, scrubbed and cleaned floor HVAC vents, and treated the subflooring and hard floors to eliminate biological pathogens. Finally, we deployed commercial HEPA air scrubbers alongside thermal fogging deodorisation units to neutralise airborne contaminants and permanently eradicate persistent organic odours.
